Choice Therapy @ Home Inc. can help by prescribing the home exercises and functional activities to better prepare their body for surgery.

Since we are aware that patients may feel that hospital stays for joint replacements or shoulder surgeries are short, we know that some people may want guidance while performing their home exercise program after surgery. Patients may also wish to have their home exercise programs reviewed following the 6-week and 12-week follow up visits with their Surgeon or Advanced Practice Physiotherapist.

Our team will follow your surgeon’s postoperative protocol to ensure safe and appropriate performance and progression of the exercises. We will also help you to set your own individualized exercise/functional goals and we will evaluate your progress using a variety of measures.
